Oscar D'Souza is a Licensed Valuer and is the Founding Director of Prime Property Valuations.
Since 1994, Oscar has had experience with an array of internationally recognised firms such as Jones Lang Lasalle, Savills, Herron Todd White and Knight Frank. Over the years, he has been involved at many corporate levels, commencing his property career at office administration level, through to now running his own valuation and consultancy practice.
Oscar is also active within the Geraldton community, recently being awarded the Rotarian of the Year by the Rotary Club of Geraldton Greenough, and he also holds a seat on the board of the Small Business Centre MidWest in the role of Treasurer.
Rosemary Langridge [ Senior Property Manager ]
Rosemary is the Senior Property Manager in the office and also oversees the office management. Rosemary has over 15 years experience in property management, including previously developing and running her own property management rent roll, Centre Management and Strata Management. She prides herself on attentive communication with her owners/landlords. Rosemary has a firm commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Rebekah D'Souza [ Accounts and Administration Manager ]
Rebekah is responsible for accounts and administration matters for both property management and valuations. Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys being a mum to the kids and is actively involved in the Geraldton community.
Mark Cox [ Valuer (Trainee) ]
Mark has been involved in the broad real estate industry for approximately 15 years, primarily specialising in asset and property management in the UK. His interest in the valuation industry has seen him pursue his Valuation Licence, and this will be greatly assisted by his extensive understanding of the real estate industry through past experience.
Brendan Watson [ Valuer (Trainee) ]
Brendan has obtained most of his experience in New Zealand, both academically and professionally. However, his desire to obtain his Valuation Licence has landed him and his family on the shores of Western Australia where he will further develop his interest in real estate markets and valuation, and obtain his Valuation Licence shortly.
