The Geraldton office is responsible for valuation and consultancy assignments within the Geraldton & MidWest Regions. This includes all fields of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Rural and Residential real estate, and services the Western Australian Coast from Cervantes in the South to Exmouth in the North.

The Geraldton Office is managed by Mr Oscar D'Souza, Licensed Valuer and Founding Director of Prime Property Valuations. Oscar has been in the Property Industry for 15 years, and also has a family history within the industry. Oscar has extensive experience in both Commercial/Industrial and Residential valuation assignments, and also Retail and Rural property valuation.

The office is located 36 Chapman Road, Geraldton - RIGHT IN THE HEART OF TOWN - providing easy access for visiting clients, and in fact access to the entire MidWest Region via its road networks.

The Geraldton office is proud to be a member of the Australian Property Institute (API), the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), and the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). It is largely a result of these prominent business and industry networks that allows PPV to provide its client base with an unrivalled level of service.

PPV also services the Perth Metropolitan area. The Perth office is primarily responsible for valuation and consultancy assignments within the Perth Metropolitan area. This includes all fields of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Rural and Residential real estate.
